Water, Onions, Bell Peppers, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Vinegar, Flour, Pepper, Herbs, Cajun Power Garlic Sauce (Vinegar, Garlic, Sugar, Spices, Salt, Pepper Xanthan Gum Stabilizer), Less Than 1% Sodium Benzoate (a Preservative), Lemon Juice Concentrate.

My Creole friend loved it

I'm from Iowa, where garlic is considered spicy. Making roux is far beyond my kitchen skills. I once served chicken and sausage gumbo made with Cajun Power to my neighbor, who grew up in a New Orleans Creole household. I didn't try to pass it off as my own—I told her it was made from a roux mix. When she lifted the first spoonful to her mouth, the look on her face said, "Bless her heart, I'll humor her and try it, but it's going to taste like watered-down Campbell's soup." Once it was in her mouth, her eyes went wide with shock. "Katie!" She took another spoonful. "This is GOOD!" Another spoonful. "If you hadn't told me, I'd think this was made from scratch!"

Postal Service Snafu

The first shipment was damaged by the postal service . Cajun Crate immediately replaced the product and shipped UPS. Great customer service!!!!!
