Special Needs Evolve into Special Salsa 

While attending an entrepreneur summer camp for young adults with disabilities, Davey Woolridge learned to can his grandma's salsa recipe and sold it at the Friday Markets. During that summer, the joy of sharing his Louisiana salsa with others became a motivation to overcome many hurdles related to his disability. Davey's desire to continue cooking and sharing sparked the establishment of the family business.
