Found again!!!!

I bought some Pecan Oil in Texas on a road trip and was unable to find it in Arizona. It’s light, has a high smoke point and adds a light, nutty flavor when used as a dressing. I’m still finding more uses. I will be a staple in my cabinet

Pecan Oil - Try it!

I use this instead of butter when I saute vegetables for ettoufee or gravy. Also drizzle a little over roasted vegetables. Such a nice flavor using only a little. I intend to try it in salad dressing this summer.
