It’s very hard for me to stand in the kitchen chopping veggies. This was a godsend for me. Made red beans and rice last night using Zydeco Chop Chop and I have to admit, the beans exceeded my expectations in flavor despite misgivings.
I use the zydeco chop chop in many things but mostly as a salt substitute at the table. I grind it up put in a sealable shaker and sprinkle it on food to add flavor and not sodium.
