Boscoli Kalamata Olive Salad
An integral part of New Orleans’ world famous cuisine, this mixture of Kalamata, green and black olives, capers, giardiniera (pickled vegetables) and a blend of herbs and spices, is packaged in a Non-GMO canola oil/Extra Virgin Olive Oil blend. Traditionally served on a New Orleans “Muffuletta” sandwich, it can also be used in salads, pastas, panini or used as a pizza topping. (15.5oz.)
I have not eaten the olive salad yet. I found the Gumbo VERY SALTY. At first I did not put in all the water, then tried to get rid of the saltyness by adding all the water and serving it over rice. Not pleased at all. I was serving a large group of men. 3 boxes of gumbo 3 lb of shrimp, 3 lb of chicken and 3 lb of sausage. Not pleased and I still have jambalaya and shrimp bisque yet to try ??
