ZCC Power Puffs
3 cups shredded chicken (we used rotisserie)
4 oz softened cream cheese
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c rehydrated Zydeco Chop Chop
1/4 c Cajun Power Garlic Sauce
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 roll pre-made pizza dough
1 egg beaten
1. Preheat oven according to pizza dough instructions (normally around 425).
2. Mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Zydeco Chop Chop, Cajun Power Garlic Sauce and Cajun seasoning in a bowl.
3. Set mixture aside
4. Pinch off pizza dough into 1.5-2oz balls
5. Flatten pinched off pizza dough into disks about the size of your palm.
6. Fill each disk with chicken mixture, and pinch close to form a ball.
7. Place on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning for color and flavor!
8. Bake according to pizza dough instructions (normally 12 minutes)
