This was amazing! We poured the contents in a pot, added water and after a simmer, added the proteins (shrimp, crab and sausage) that's it! It simmered a little bit and it was done!!! No very spicy but, you can adjust that by adding your own heat! I made a pot of rice, poured the rice and topped it with the gumbo...it was Fantastic!!! Enough for several meals.

Only question I have is what is the shelf life for this product? Do I need to use it right away or can it sit on the shelf a few weeks?

I want to order some more but I need answers before I can do that.
