Great Salsa--Adds a Zing to Meals

I use the Zydeco Trinity Salsa in many things I cook, including jambalaya, red beans & rice and in sauces on baked chicken and fish. It has great flavor and adds a little zing to the dishes. Not spicy, just gives it a depth of flavor that my family and I love. It's also great salsa on chips and I add it to my queso--a party favorite!
