We used chicken an smoked sausage, okra an then threw in 1/4 cup of Chop Chop for good measure. We were skeptical about the directions because it says to bring to a simmer, cut off heat, cover with tinfoil then a tight fitting lid an let sit for 30 minutes. Hmmmm, how could this work we asked ourselves. Well we waited 35 minutes an OH MY! Full of flavor and the rice was cooked perfectly. I recommend this for an easy an what we think is a very tasty meal. Overall time took about 50 minutes to an hour. Getchya some you won't be disappointed!
