Love the sauce. I found it while on a road trip from New Orleans to Houston. (I live in California). I use the sauce on most anything but first on cicerones on that road trip. It’s great as a finishing touch in the pan when sautéing shrimp. And it’s even a relitivily low sodium sauce so even on a heart healthy diet it is omnipresent in my kitchen. Love it.
