We live in Missouri and can’t get Cajun food readily. We do fish a lot and have fish frys in the true Cajun way. The hush puppy mix we purchased will go along way in showing our neighbors just how well we Cajuns eat. The hush puppies were stupendous. Couldn’t have asked for any better.
