Ingredients:
enriched flour (unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), soybean oil (soybean oil, TBHQ, citric acid, and dimethylpolysiloxane), salt, chicken base (dextrose, salt, chicken fat, hydrolyzed soy protein, onion*, whey, chicken powder, silicone dioxide, natural flavoring, tumeric), garlic*, spices, onion*, sugar, file, chili powder, paprika, natural flavoring, and parsley*

Instructions:
Step 1: Dissolve "T-Beaux's" Creole Gumbo in 1.5 gallons of water over medium heat, let boil 2 hrs. Step 2: Add 2-3 Lbs unseasoned chicken & sliced sausage (bake at 350oF for 25 min. prior to adding). Step 3: Cook additional 30 min. & serve over rice in gumbo bowls! Serves 10-20 people.
