Good on almost everything

This wonderful stuff is basically a variation of remoulade with a very smooth consistency. It has a nice, creamy flavor with a little bite of cayenne and a little sweetness. I use it in place of plain mayo mostly, and my favorite use for it is on po-boys. Buy two, because you'll go through it much faster than you think.
