Great burgers!!

The first time I used this mix I mixed 1lb of venison an 1lb of pork. Then I hydrated a 1/4 cup of Chop Chop an mixed everything together made the patties the next them sit in the fridge for a couple hours. Topped them off with pickles, tomatoes an Cajun Dip Saucean an WOW, best burgers I recall ever making. Devices to buy 3 packs of this mix an just made all beef hamburgers yesterday with the same great results.. It has spice but not over powering an not spicey, just right. I recommend this if you want to change up your burgers but be careful you may not go back to your old recipe

I received this in the June box and just tried it. Within 10 minutes I served the BEST hamburgers I have ever made!
