ROYAL CAJUN CRAWFISH BAKE
2 cups onions, chopped
1 quart half & half
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup American cheese
1 tsp. garlic
2 lbs. crawfish
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
16 oz. fettuccine noodles
Sauté onion, celery, garlic, and bell pepper in butter for 15 minutes. Add flour and cook 10 minutes. Add half & half and cook another 10 minutes. Add cheese, crawfish, parsley and Queen Bee seasoning. Cook for 15 minutes more. Remove from heat and add cooked noodles. (Cook noodles according to package directions.) Bake in covered casserole dish for 20 minutes at 350°.
VARIATIONS: In place of the crawfish, try 2 lbs. of cooked, cubed, boneless chicken or 2 lbs. of shrimp.
