Plus its super easy prep and clean up!\n\nIngredients\n\n4 aluminum foil sheets large enough to wrap around one chicken breast\n4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts\n1\/2-cup Jay D's Louisiana Barbecue sauce\n1 zucchini, sliced into thin rounds\n2 red or yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips\n1 bushel of asparagus\nsalt and fresh ground pepper, to taste or Carmaletes \n\nZydeco Chop Chop\nextra virgin olive oil\n\nGRILLING INSTRUCTIONS\n\n\nPreheat the grill to medium-high heat.\nPlace one chicken breast on each pair of foil sheets; season with salt and fresh ground pepper or Carmaletes \n\nBrush each chicken breast with about 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce.\nArrange vegetables around each chicken breast and drizzle olive oil over vegetables \nSprinkle Zydeco Chop Chop over vegetables (for extra spice add some Carmaletes Seasoning)\nFold the sides of the foil over the chicken, covering completely and seal the packets closed.\nPlace foil packets to the preheated grill rack and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, or until done, turning once.\nChicken is done when thermometer reads 165 F.\n\n\nIF COOKING IN THE OVEN\n\nPreheat oven to 400F.\nPrepare chicken as directed above.\nSeal the packets closed and place on a baking pan.\nBake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until done.\nRemove from oven and let stand few minutes.\n\n\nThis chicken is packed with flavor!
