Zydeco Red Bean Salsa Taco Soup


1 lb. ground beef

1 medium onion chopped

Olive or coconut oil

1 can (15oz) black beans

1 can (15oz) corn

1 jar Zydeco Red Bean Salsa

1 can diced tomatoes

Salt (to taste)

½ tsp. Cumin

Fresh cilantro sprigs


Brown ground meat in a skillet with your preferred oil. Add onions and continue cooking until transparent. Combine ¾ of the Zydeco Red Bean Salsa jar along with the diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and a bit of water. Continue cooking on medium heat. Add salt to your taste and cumin. When ready to serve, add a bit of chopped cilantro, or small chopped bell peppers or sliced avocados to your liking. Enjoy!!


Add turkey, venison or pork ground meat.
