Best gumbo base I've found.

I went to Tulane where I honed my taste for gumbo. Nothing can match New Orleans' best gumbo, but this is about as close as I've found. I have gone through many other gumbo kits that just didn't get it right. Imagine my surprise when I found this "odd" (not sold in Memphis groceries) gumbo kit at Costco. I add my own gumbo vegetables (usually frozen mix), seafood or andouille or both and DAMNNN!
