Kary’s Dark Roux
Kary’s “Original” Roux is a basic roux made by browning flour slowly until it is a rich chocolate brown. It can be used in many Cajun and Creole dishes such as gumbos, stews, and étouffees. Made in Ville Platt, Louisiana.

Live in Western Pennsylvania but from the south. Gumbo will be served twice a month at my residence. Completely cut my preparation time in half. Family loved the roux. Great product!!
