Broken jars in package. Was not impressed with gumbo base.

Was not impressed with gumbo base because we all thought it was excessively spicy. 2 jars of the roux were broken in transit.

Sorry for the damaged Jars. We replace anything broken, we just ask for photos.

We loved it great favor and color was the best ever! I sent some to my son in Texas and he made Gumbo with it for the pipeline crew he works with
and they all loved it. It was so easy to work with so moist and gives a great base to begin your creation. We loved it and will definitely purchase it again!

First time I've tried it. It was good but not great. I've got to try other approaches before I have a defendable opinion. Obviously, much easier preparation. More later.
