The Cajun Spoon, located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is an authentic Cajun seasonings company. They started out as a food truck in 2014, progressed into a catering business, and then ventured into retail. Wanting to stand out from other Cajun dinner products, they adjusted their recipes to make them healthier for consumers by lowering the sodium content and using fresh, local ingredients while also cutting out all MSG and artificial flavoring. The owners of The Cajun Spoon love their community here in Louisiana, so for every box sold, they donate a meal to a local food bank or charity.
