Thib’s Premium Wing Sauce

This sauce is Louisiana’s finest wing sauce made with aged red cayenne peppers, vinegar, liquid margarine, garlic, and celery. The heat level is about (4/10) and goes well with fried or baked wings. It can also be used as a marinade for fish and chicken before frying and can also be used as an injector for poultry and meats.
