Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/4 Red onion, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Hanley's Avocado dressing
  • Hanley's Nuts!
  • Feta cheese
  • 1 bacon strip, pan-fried

Method

  1. Pan-fry bacon until crispy.
  2. Place spinach, red onions, avocado in bowl and coat with Hanley's Avocado dressing.
  3. Top salad with Hanley's Nuts, feta cheese, and crispy bacon

Pro Tip: Don't use imitation bacon, it's worth the time to pan-fry it
