Avocado Greek Salad
We make this salad about 2x a week at our house — it's an easy, delicious, and healthy complement to any dish — plus did we mention it's delicious?! And yes, it's Keto-friendly.
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 avocado, cubed
- Handful cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- Handful Kalamata olives
- Handful of feta cheese
- 1 tbs pine nuts
- Hanley's Avocado dressing
Method
- Mix all vegetables, avocado in large bowl
- Cover with feta cheese and kalamata olives
- Dance & enjoy!
